It will further include a discussion of Title II and Title III requirements of program access, reasonable modifications to policies and procedures, opportunity and integration, and effective communication as they apply to the core mediation concepts of self-determination, the needs and interests of the parties, fairness, procedural flexibility, confidentiality, and full disclosure. The presentation will further explore auxiliary aids and services useful to ensure effective communication with scenarios to help illustrate the various concepts.
