This workshop will be presented by Florida Dispute Resolution Center mediator grievance investigators/prosecutors/panel legal advisers. It will examine the mediator grievance process from the filing of a complaint through the possible imposition of sanctions. It will identify likely areas which might make a mediator vulnerable to a grievance proceeding.
