This workshop will closely examine ethical dilemmas and scenarios that all mediators may face. We will identify the dilemma and discuss various actions that the mediator may take, whether the mediator must terminate the mediation or can ethically take action to continue and work toward resolution. The workshop will consider the various approaches to mediation and review the cases using practical methodologies. We will use the Florida rules, MEAC Opinions and participants experiences in our discussions and problem solving.
