Lateral thinking techniques rearrange information to allow the parties to explore beyond the processes of acceptance and rejection that are the basis of logical thinking. This workshop will focus on the uses of de Bono’s insight restructuring tool “PO” to generate movement in dispute resolution beyond that of “Yes” and “No” in an interactive participatory setting.
