Mediator Brandon Peters will co-present with veteran hostage negotiator Rick Salcedo on anticipating, planning for and managing highly-emotional mediation proceedings. The goal of this session is to enhance mediator awareness and maximize participant safety by focusing on actual scenarios including discussing Detective Salcedo’s role in directing communications with barricaded hostages during the tragic Pulse nightclub massacre in 2016.
