Questions are the key to negotiation and dispute resolution and yet the wrong questions can derail negotiations. The right questions can elicit exploration and understanding. Different points of view and information needed for resolution and compromise will be elicited. In this workshop, participants will engage in a process from Dr. Pat’s 30 years as a psychologist, mediator, author and success coach, on how the Coach Approach can teach the use of “powerful questions.”
