$15.00 – $18.00Price range: $15.00 through $18.00

This presentation focuses on the importance of maintaining impartiality and neutrality not only as our ethical duty as mediators, but as a critical component to reaching a resolution. The presentation is based on the experiences of two full-time civil mediators who are also father and son. The objective is to give participants real life examples of techniques they can use to help make their next mediation more successful by avoiding common pitfalls that may give the appearance of partiality.
