Understand the basic issues involving cybersecurity and data breach. The presenter will teach mediators the risks, methods, and terminology of cyber security and data breach and provide case examples. Additionally, mediators will be taught to identify the risks of emailing and storing confidential mediation information so they may prevent data breaches in their offices.
