Join the presenter as she leads attendees to step into the life of a survivor of violence through an interactive game. Attendees will be assigned a survivor persona and asked to accomplish tasks many people would perceive as easy until they walk in the shoes of a survivor who encounters obstacles. Life is navigated successfully when people manipulate their personal economy of odds. Attendees will learn that the introduction of an external power over someone may make them unsuccessful at recognizing their innate strength, causing them to identify every resource and opportunity as a weakness of their own making and crippling many of their attempts to prosper in their endeavors.
